I’m Azhir.

I work on machine learning, medical imaging, and inverse problems. This site is where I write things down properly — notes, proofs, experiments, half-finished ideas, and occasionally something resembling working code.

A lot of what ends up here comes from questions I encounter while doing research: things I want to understand more carefully, derivations I don’t want to lose, or ideas that are easier to think through once they’re written down.

You can expect a mixture of technical notes, research-adjacent writing, and whatever else I happen to be curious about.
